Outside of Australia?
We’re currently not offering shipping outside of Australia but stay tuned as we might offer this in the future.

We are happy to refund within 30 days of purchase on full price items only.

Please ensure the Buzz bottle is re-packed the way it arrived & with care. If they are not received by Buzz Australia in the original condition they will not be accepted. 

You may return your product to Buzz Australia ONLY for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). Products must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase with a completed returns slip.

Please note that all returns are delivered to our warehouse & are then forwarded to Buzz for processing. Therefore please expect a 2-3 day delay between the time your tracking information says "Delivered" and your return being processed.
